Mobile Terms
These mobile terms apply to anyone who opts into recurring marketing text messages from HowdyDrop. They live alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What you can expect
If you check the box that says "Send me show reminders by text," you're agreeing to receive recurring marketing texts from HowdyDrop. That includes drop reminders 30 minutes before a show, the occasional note when something new lands in The Closet, and short notes from our founder.
Frequency varies — usually a few messages a week around shows. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any HowdyDrop text and we'll unsubscribe you from marketing texts within one message. You can also email hello@howdydrop.com and ask to be removed.
Once you opt out you'll get a final confirmation message, and that's it — no further marketing texts will arrive from us. Transactional messages tied to an order (e.g. shipping confirmations from Shopify) are separate and continue.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any HowdyDrop text for contact information, or email hello@howdydrop.com.
Carriers and the fine print
Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We can't promise that every text will reach you on time, every time — networks are networks.
We don't sell your phone number. The phone number you give us is used to send the messages described above and to identify you for opt-out requests.
If we change these terms, we'll post the updated version here and date it. Material changes affecting consent will be re-confirmed before they take effect.
