Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders require 2-3 business days for processing before shipping. Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability and are estimates only, not guarantees.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders ship from the United States via UPS or USPS (domestic) and DHL (international). Domestic orders receive discounted standard rates, while international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers receive tracking information via email once their order ships. Delivery times depend on the carrier and location. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to transit delays from carriers, weather, customs processing, or any other cause outside our control.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

For security purposes, all orders valued over $100 are shipped with additional insurance and require a signature upon delivery. Customers may coordinate pickup with the carrier if unavailable. Refusal to accept delivery does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Shipping Liability & Risk of Loss

Title to the goods and all risk of loss or damage pass to the customer at the moment HowdyDrop tenders the package to the carrier. Once orders leave our facility, HowdyDrop is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages, carrier delays, or packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Customers must contact hello@howdydrop.com to address these issues. We may, as a courtesy, assist in opening a carrier claim, but any refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier resolving and paying that claim in full. Our maximum liability for any shipping-related issue is limited to the price paid for the affected item, exclusive of taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including refused, undeliverable, or returned-to-sender packages. Shipping fees paid at checkout cover services rendered by the carrier and are not credited back if the order is cancelled, refused, or otherwise not accepted by the customer.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers bear sole responsibility for providing an accurate, complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Orders returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses, or due to unclaimed delivery, will incur a reshipment fee equal to actual shipping costs plus any applicable handling. If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, the original shipping fees are forfeited and any refund of the item price is at our sole discretion.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers are solely responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price paid at checkout and are not refundable. Customers also cover return shipping costs and any associated fees for refused, abandoned, or undeliverable international packages.

Force Majeure

HowdyDrop is not liable for any delay, loss, or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, labor disputes, carrier failures, customs holds, theft, war, civil unrest, or government action.

Order Issues & Support

For shipping concerns, contact hello@howdydrop.com. Any claim relating to a shipment must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the carrier's delivery scan or the last available tracking update; claims received after that window are waived.
