Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the high demand and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Customers are encouraged to review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing and to contact us with any questions prior to checkout.

Cancellations

Because we process and ship orders quickly, we do not accept cancellations once a purchase is placed.

In rare cases, cancellation may be granted at our sole discretion, primarily for:

• Returning customers with purchase history
• First-time buyers on Whatnot (per Whatnot policy)

On Whatnot, cancellation requests made after the livestream has ended will be automatically declined. Once items are in transit or final fulfillment stages, cancellation is not available.
